EAPMM?
EAPMM staat voor Enterprise Architecture Process Maturity Model. Een combinatie van zowel specifieke enterprise architectuurprocessen als kwaliteitsverbeteringsprocessen van het CMMI-model zijn hierin opgenomen, die het meest complete beeld geeft van enterprise architectuurvolwassenheid.

Summary (English)
Jos was born on 12 september 1981. He studied bachelor Business Information Technology at Hogeschool voor Economische Studies in Amsterdam. Recently, he graduated in the master Business Information Systems at the University of Amsterdam, Central themes during this course were information management, ICT in the service industry and knowledge management. He developed a great interest in organizational issues from a business, informational and technical perspective regarding the continuous and coherent process of business – IT alignment.
Gathered analytical and qualitative research skills during the master courses he just finished his master thesis where he examined the maturity of Enterprise Architecture in organizations. During his research he analyzed current architecture maturity models and found them unsatisfied and misleading. Not complying with the current number one model for measuring the maturity of disciplines, the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) from the Software Engineering Institute (SEI), he developed a new maturity model based on the CMMI approach and structure. This model integrates both the enterprise architecture process model from Gartner and CMMI processes to assess the current enterprise architecture function and organization and propose improvements in these key process areas. This conceptual maturity model was analyzed by conducting qualitative interviews at six large organizations in the Netherlands.
